These are the deliverables of Cozmix’ Multi Country SizeMix Analysis.  The process has been designed as a way to assess the sales force priorities across a region.  Conceptually the approach we take is to create sales response curves for each country and then optimize the size and allocation of the total headcount across the region.  This is akin to a country level analysis but the products have been replaced by countries.  However, one significant difference compared to a country level project is the varying cost-per-rep from country to country.  The optimization calculation must be able to cope with different costs for each country.  In 2009 Cozmix upgraded the optimization algorithm to be able to cope with this wrinkle.  This means it is now possible for you to roll out a process which will provide a valuable big picture overview of where each market stands with their sales force resource.
