Proven Methodologies

We pride ourselves in the depth of knowledge we have in Sales Force Optimization.  The approaches we take have been proven to work in a wide range of situations (over thirty five countries).  If we do happen to take a new approach we’ll let your know that we’re going “off-piste” (and why we’re doing so).

Not a Black Box

When it comes to Sales Force Strategy there are many black-box models out there (i.e. you put you data in, and out pops an answer; but you’re not 100% sure how the two are linked).  We strive to open the black-box.  At the end of a project our clients know why we’re making the recommendation we’re making.  We have found if there is any whiff of a black-box people’s confidence in the analysis is diminished.  And this only makes implementation more difficult (if it happens at all).

Admit Limitations of Models

Models are not reality. So in some (rare) cases they don’t work.  In our quest to open up the Black-Black of sales force optimization we will openly admit this.  If we find a case where the models do not work, we’ll be open and highlight it.  It may mean we need to do further analysis.  But we’ll focus on getting the right answer for you (the client) as opposed to proving our model works (or ignoring the shortcomings).

Software:

User Friendly

We value user-friendliness above functionality.  What good is a feature if you cannot use it?

Open Access

All of the software tools we use can be licensed by our clients.  This means our clients always have the ability to re-run and re-analyze our work.  This also forces us to develop professional tools which can cope with the diverse needs of clients (as opposed to hacking together tools which only we can use).

Consulting Projects:

Flexible

We aim to work with our clients in a way which suits them.  This may mean we lead the whole project, or it may mean we are only providing software solutions and training;  either way we are happy.

Fixed Price

We do not want our clients worrying about the cost of asking us a question or meeting with us.  As a result all of our projects are a fixed price (plus expenses), which is agreed at the start of the project.

Time Efficient

We realize our clients are usually time poor.  And since all of our projects are fixed price we do not have an incentive to string the projects out.  We aim to deliver time efficient project which respectful of management time.

Leverage Automation

Most of our projects utilize our proprietary software.  This enables us to carry out complex high-value analysis in record time and minimizes human errors.
