Our Team

Steve Maughan	Steve has twenty years experience in sales force strategy consulting. Previously Steve has worked for ZS Associates, Edge Consulting and was an Associate Partner at Accenture. He is originally from the UK and has worked on sales force strategy assignments in the US, Europe, South America, Asia, Japan and Australia. He now lives in the US.
Cody Shaw	Cody is a consultant at Cozmix and has worked on sales force strategy projects all over the world. He holds a M.S. in Marketing from Glamorgan University in the UK, and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Saidamin Usmanov	Saidamin is our lead developer at Cozmix. He’s working on the next generation of our sales force strategy tools. He holds a Masters in Computational Intelligence and has worked in Uzbekistan, Japan and now the US.
Stephanie Maughan	Steph keeps us all on the straight and narrow, looking after the legal and financial side of Cozmix. She is an economist and marketeer by training and has spent most of her career in the commercial radio industry.
